Managing Accessibility Conflicts: Importance of an Intersectional Approach and the Involvement of Experiential Experts

In this commentary, I reflect on how digital communication technology and products are both an opportunity a threat to the inclusion of disabled people. Drawing my personal professional experiences with research user‐led empowerment projects, argue that life course intersectional approach, together early involvement people in product development, may prevent accessibility conflicts further participation inclusion.
